Located in Raleigh, NC, Dalhouse offers a curated selection of heirloom pieces from European brands, aiming to make luxury accessible while introducing new global designers to its clientele nationwide.
Where does the name "Dalhouse" come from?
The name "Dalhouse" originates from Caitlyn's European ancestry, specifically from the Dalhouse family who settled in Virginia in the late 18th century. Known for their discerning eye for European art and antiques, their legacy of embracing beauty and travel is reflected in the bright pink boutique located in Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood, named Dalhouse.
What sizes do you carry?
Dalhouse carries sizes from newborn to 10 years.
Do you gift wrap?
Certainly! Dalhouse offers complimentary gift wrapping for your purchases. Simply request it at checkout, include a note in your delivery instructions when placing your order, or contact us directly at (919) 909-1101 to let us know you'd like your item gift wrapped.

We offer complimentary delivery within a seven-mile radius of our store located at 2003 Fairview Road, Raleigh, NC.

Shipping questions
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the US. If you are overseas, please contact us so we can determine shipping costs and assist you accordingly.
When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will typically be shipped out the same business day or within two business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Returns questions
What is your return policy for web orders?
Dalhouse accepts returns if postmarked within 14 days of the shipment date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns can be sent by post to the address shown on the shipping label or dropped off in person.
Clothing must be unworn, in mint condition, and with tags still attached. Returns are not accepted on sale items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What is your in-store return policy?
We offer a 10 business-day return policy for store credit only. Store credits are valid for in-store purchases only. Clothing must be unworn, in mint condition, with tags still attached, and a receipt must be presented for returns.
