Web Orders

Dalhouse accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of shipment date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Orders may be returned either by post to origin address on shipping label, or may be dropped off in-person. 

Clothing must be unworn in mint condition with tags still attached. No exceptions. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7 day return policy for store credit only. Store credits are valid in store only. Clothing must be unworn in mint condition with tags still attached. Must have receipt present.
